AAI Agency, based in Dallas, Texas, is responsible for how information from aai.agency is used. This notice covers our marketing website. Separate products may have their own privacy notices.
Information you share with us
When you contact us, request training, book a call, or subscribe to updates, we use the details you provide to respond, arrange services, or send the updates you requested. These details can include your name, email address, company, and message. Booking and communication providers help us deliver those services.
Optional company visitor identification
We are setting up Gojiberry Website Visitors to understand which companies are interested in our training, advising, and implementation services. Company identification stays off unless you choose “Allow identification.”
When enabled with your permission, Gojiberry processes technical information about your visit, such as your network address and browsing activity on this website, to identify the company behind the visit. We use the resulting company and visit signals to prioritize relevant business conversations. Gojiberry may find professional contacts at that company using job titles and other business information. Those contacts are not necessarily the people who visited, and the service does not tell us which individual visited.
AAI Agency is the data controller for this use; Gojiberry processes visitor information on our behalf. Its Website Visitors guide describes the service. Its subprocessor list describes service providers and processing locations, which can include countries outside your own.
Your company identification choice
Allowing or declining is optional and does not affect access to the website. We save your choice in this browser for up to 180 days, after which identification stays off until you opt in again. Clearing browser storage may also reset it. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping company identification off.
You can withdraw permission using the controls below. You can return here using the privacy link in the footer. Withdrawal stops future company identification from this browser and may reload the page to stop an active tracker. It does not undo information already processed. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or to object to use of information associated with you.
Help us understand company interest
With your permission, Gojiberry uses information about your visit to identify your company and help us find relevant business contacts there. It does not tell us which person visited.

Other website analytics and advertising tools
The company identification choice controls Gojiberry only. This site also uses PostHog, Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics and Ads, and Meta Pixel to understand page visits, interactions, performance, and campaign results. These tools can receive technical and usage information and may use browser identifiers or cookies. The company identification control does not change those existing tools. Browser privacy settings and blockers may provide additional controls.
